PHYSICAL THERAPISTS

Joanna Littler
Owner & Physical Therapist
Joanna has been a pediatric physical therapist for 17 years and has been the owner of Beelieve Pediatric Therapy for the last 7 years. She had a vision for a clinic in DFW that not only helps kids with special needs, but one that recognizes and celebrates all kids’ accomplishments and milestones! She has experience and extensive training in neurodevelopmental treatments, autism, aquatic therapy, CP management, Down syndrome, pediatric equipment, partial weight bearing with gait training, assessment of the high-risk infant, torticollis, functional electrical stimulation, spasticity management, spina bifida and working with children with severe impairments. Joanna is trained and certified in TheraSuit Therapy and is competent in using the Universal Exercise Unit to help children of all ages with neurological impairments. Joanna is passionate about intensive therapy and has found this to be a very effective treatment approach in meeting functional goals in a short period of time.
Joanna and her husband, Rudy, opened Beelieve in January of 2015 and have been enjoying this new adventure helping kids and their families by providing the best all-around care to help each one of them meet their highest potential and bee the best that they can bee. When not at work, Joanna enjoys spending time with Rudy and their two active children, Baylee and Liam. She loves watching the Arkansas Razorbacks, watching Baylee and Liam play sports and act, doing anything outside, traveling, and going out to eat.

Marilu Flores
Therapy Director & Occupational Therapist
Graduated with her Masters in Occupational Therapy from UT Pan American in Edinburg, TX. Since becoming Therapy Director, Marilu has been able to fulfill her passion for assisting families and therapists as we collaborate to help kiddos reach their greatest potential. She loves assisting in all aspects of our client’s care both behind the scenes and directly with the therapists.

Allison Barrett
Physical Therapy Director
Allison graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Arlington and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UT Southwestern Medical Center. She has experience and training working with children with cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, spina bifida, torticollis, muscular dystrophy, and developmental delays as well as many other neurodevelopmental diagnoses and genetic conditions. Allison also has specialized training in Total Motion Release (TMR tots and teens), Dynamic Movement Intervention level C (DMI), Functional Electrical Stimulation, and Theratogs. She is dedicated to helping children thrive by building strength, confidence, and independence through movement and play and supporting their families every step of the way.

Miranda Welborn
Lead Physical Therapist
Graduated from the University of Arkansas and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UT Southwestern Medical Center. Miranda has experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses including developmental delay, Down Syndrome, cerebral palsy, toe walking, torticollis, spina bifida, oncology diagnoses, orthopedic injuries, genetic conditions, and many other neurodevelopmental diagnoses.

Sami Ewing
Physical Therapist
Graduated from Texas Tech University and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth. Sami has experience treating a variety of diagnoses including Down Syndrome, Autism, Developmental delays, toe walking, and multiple other neurological and orthopedic diagnoses.

Natali Mesa
Physical Therapist
Graduated from Univ of the Incarnate Word and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. Natali has experience working with a variety of diagnoses including Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, torticollis, developmental delays, and autism.

Megan Stirrup
Physical Therapist
Graduated and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Harding University in Searcy, AR. Megan has experience working with children with cerebral palsy, torticollis, muscular dystrophy, oncology diagnoses, developmental delays, and orthopedic conditions as well as many other neurodevelopmental diagnoses and genetic conditions.

Maddy Jepson
Physical Therapist
Graduated with honors from Baylor University and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Hardin-Simmons University. Maddy’s experience in pediatrics includes working with children facing a range of neurological conditions, developmental delays, cerebral palsy, torticollis, Down Syndrome, and genetic disorders. She’s treated a variety of orthopedic issues such as toe walking, postoperative rehab, scoliosis, fractures, and general musculoskeletal injuries.

Courtney Clevenger
Physical Therapist
Courtney graduated from Mississippi State University and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Baylor University. She has experience treating a variety of diagnoses including Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, torticollis, developmental delays, autism, and other orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. She also is one of the treating therapists in our Aquatic Program!

Danielle Dominguez
Physical Therapist
Danielle earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center after completing her undergraduate degree at UNT in Denton. She is a Pediatric Certified Specialist (PCS) and is DMI Level A certified. Danielle has worked with kids of all ages with various neurological, genetic, and orthopedic conditions.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll usually find her traveling with her family (including her sweet baby boy!) or checking off her bucket list goal to visit every NBA arena and NFL stadium!

Sam Ewing
Physical Therapist
Sam earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Woman's University. Sam has provided therapy services for children in a wide variety of settings and has focused on working with complex populations. Sam has extensive experience working with a variety of conditions including neurological and neurodevelopmental disorders, genetic disorders, medically complex patients and those with developmental delays. Sam is DMI Level B certified and has experience with theratogs, the hypervibe, the universal exercise unit and therasuit. Outside of the clinic Sam is involved with a medical camp helping to ensure all kids have access to the magic of nature. Sam is excited to helping children thrive by working on movement, strength, balance and functional skills that are specific to your family allowing your child and the family as a whole to engage with your community and in activities that are meaningful to you. Sam is excited to walk alongside you in all stages of your journey and to see what we can accomplish together.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS

Katelyn Willingham
Occuaptional Therapy Director
Graduated with her Masters of Occupational therapy from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Tx. Before coming to Beelieve, Katelyn worked in Lubbock doing pediatric home health and then in an outpatient pediatric clinic. She has gained wonderful experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses including children diagnosed with autism, developmental delays, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, sensory processing, oral/feeding difficulties, and much more! Katelyn loves working in pediatrics and having the privilege to help children become more independent and confident in their everyday lives!

Claire Fleenor
Lead Occupational Therapist
Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Tech University and went on to earn her Master's in Occupational Therapy at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Upon graduating, Claire worked at Beelieve as an intensive therapist before moving to Lubbock, TX. She has since moved back to Fort Worth and joined the hive again! Claire has experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses including Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, genetic conditions, developmental delays, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, psychological disorders, and more. Claire enjoys seeing the progress and growth children make in BEEing the best they can BEE! The people she meets and the stories she hears are very special to her.

Ludine Augustin
Occupational Therapist
Graduated with her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Florida. Ludine has experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, oral/feeding difficulties, aquatic therapy and so much more! She completed her doctoral capstone project focused on implementing occupational-based strategies in the preschool setting; restructuring one of the classrooms into a sensory space for students with sensory-related issues and training teachers on proper use.

Kristen McLarty
Occupational Therapist
Kristen graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Masters in Occupational Therapy. It is there she developed a passion for helping kiddos with a wide variety of needs such as feeding, sensory, and developmental delays. Kristen is eager to assist kids in reaching their highest potential in order to have a fulfilled quality of life.

Kylie Young
Occupational Therapist
Kylie graduated with her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Baylor University. She completed her first clinical rotation here with us at Beelieve! During this time, she worked with various diagnoses including spina bifida, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, Angelman syndrome, developmental delays, autism, and more. Prior to coming back to Beelieve, Kylie drove a sensory bus out into the community, providing sensory integration to children of various abilities! She is passionate about OT and using a holistic approach to guiding all children to BEE the best they can BEE!

SPEECH THERAPISTS

Caitlin Perryman
Speech Therapy Director
Caitlin completed her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center. She has a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is currently serving as the Texas Speech-Language Hearing Association State Advocate for Reimbursement.She specialized in Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Intellectual Disability, Apraxia, hearing impairment, language disorders, articulation/phonological processing disorders, fluency disorders, feeding disorders, Rett syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Williams syndrome, Prader-Willie syndrome, Traumatic brain injury and more. She also established and implemented a variety of Augmentative and Alternative communication systems for nonverbal children.

Audrey Brock
Speech Therapist/Pragmatics Program Lead
Graduated with her Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Texas. She has experience in, and enjoys working across, a variety of areas within SLP including: AAC (including eye gaze), stuttering, Autism, oral myofunctional therapy, social skills, grammar, early language, articulation, ADHD, the total communication approach, and others. She loves to support others as they grow.

Kaitlyn Gill
Speech Therapist
Kaitlyn graduated from Louisiana Tech University with her Master’s degree and has been a speech-language pathologist for over 6 years. Kaitlyn has a passion for working with children with a variety of diagnoses affecting their swallowing, voice, speech, language and cognition. She is excited to make a difference and help our Beelieve kiddos reach their highest potential!

Sarah George
Speech Therapist
Graduated with my master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Baylor University. I have experience working with children with a wide range of abilities across various areas of speech therapy, including language development, Gestalt Language Processing (GLP), articulation, AAC, and feeding. I am excited to work closely with families to support meaningful progress in their everyday lives and believe that every child is unique, capable, and full of potential.

Office Manager
Megan keeps everything running smoothly for both families and staff. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and organized environment where everyone feels supported.
Outside of work, Megan is married and a proud dog mom to her dachshund, Jimmy! She enjoys spending her free time reading and swimming whenever she can.

Makayla Campbell
Office Assistant
Makayla helps support daily operations and create a welcoming experience for every family who walks through the door.
Outside of work, Makayla shares her home with her two playful kitties, Boogie and Phoebe. She loves going to live music shows with friends, camping in Oklahoma, cooking or baking in the kitchen, and relaxing with a good movie. Makayla graduated from Tarrant County College in May 2025 with her Associate of Arts and plans to continue her education in the future as she explores her next steps.

Samantha Burger
New Patient & Intensive Coordinator
Samantha supports families from the very first step of their journey. As a remote team member, she is dedicated to creating a smooth, welcoming experience for every new patient.
Outside of work, Samantha is married and excitedly expecting her first baby boy! She and her family also have a mini goldendoodle named Wrigley. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks, spending time with family, organizing, and relaxing with her favorite TV shows. Samantha graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Human Development and Family.

Monica Ohlman
Billing Manager
Monica supports families and the team behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and efficient billing process.
Outside of work, Monica is married and a proud mom to two sons on the autism spectrum. She also has two beloved dogs at home. In her free time, she enjoys reading and fishing. Monica earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Lindsay Pierson
Billing Coordinator
Lindsay helps support families and the team by helping keep billing processes running smoothly behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Lindsay is married to her college sweetheart and loves spending time with her family. She is a proud mom to 17-year-old twins, Nate and Lilly, and 12-year-old Ben. Whether she’s cheering on her boys at baseball games, watching her daughter sing, or enjoying a dinner date with her husband, family time is her favorite. She also has a rescue dog named Harley who keeps things fun at home! In her free time, Lindsay enjoys walking her dog and being involved in her church small group. She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Biology.

Family Care Coordinator
Chelsea supports families with compassion and care throughout their journey. She is passionate about creating meaningful connections and helping families feel seen, supported, and encouraged every step of the way.
Outside of work, Chelsea has been married to her husband since 2001, and together they have four incredible children—Vince, Rocco, Eliana, and Lola. Their home is full of energy, love, and plenty of noise! She also has three dogs—Gigi, Adagio, and Cannoli—who add even more fun to the mix. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family, gathering with friends over a great meal, reading, trying new recipes, and thrifting or antiquing. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University in Wisconsin.

Melissa ensures a smooth experience when it comes to benefits.
Outside of work, Melissa is a proud mom to Wyatt and Camryn and dog mom to her puppy, Coco. She loves staying active by working out, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her kids—whether that’s cheering them on at soccer, basketball, or cheer. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing, reading, and traveling to her favorite places like the beach and the mountains. Melissa graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in Teaching.

Outside of work, Dillon is married, a proud dog mom to three pups, and also cares for her four backyard chickens. She loves getting lost in a good book, binge-watching her latest favorite show, and heading to concerts whenever she can.

Kate focuses on building meaningful connections with families, staff, and the community.
Outside of work, Kate has been married to her husband, Skip, for 23 years, and together they have three kids, Reese, Beau, and Charlotte. She loves spending her time cheering on her kids at sports and theater events. Kate also enjoys watching TV and movies, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends. At home, she has a cavapoo named Luka who keeps things fun! She graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Business Administration and Linguistics.
