Joanna Littler
Owner & Physical Therapist
Joanna has been a pediatric physical therapist for 17 years and has been the owner of Beelieve Pediatric Therapy for the last 7 years. She had a vision for a clinic in DFW that not only helps kids with special needs, but one that recognizes and celebrates all kids’ accomplishments and milestones! She has experience and extensive training in neurodevelopmental treatments, autism, aquatic therapy, CP management, Down syndrome, pediatric equipment, partial weight bearing with gait training, assessment of the high-risk infant, torticollis, functional electrical stimulation, spasticity management, spina bifida and working with children with severe impairments. Joanna is trained and certified in TheraSuit Therapy and is competent in using the Universal Exercise Unit to help children of all ages with neurological impairments. Joanna is passionate about intensive therapy and has found this to be a very effective treatment approach in meeting functional goals in a short period of time.
Joanna and her husband, Rudy, opened Beelieve in January of 2015 and have been enjoying this new adventure helping kids and their families by providing the best all-around care to help each one of them meet their highest potential and bee the best that they can bee. When not at work, Joanna enjoys spending time with Rudy and their two active children, Baylee and Liam. She loves watching the Arkansas Razorbacks, watching Baylee and Liam play sports and act, doing anything outside, traveling, and going out to eat.

Marilu Flores
Graduated with her Masters in Occupational Therapy from UT Pan American in Edinburg, TX. Since becoming Therapy Director, Marilu has been able to fulfill her passion for assisting families and therapists as we collaborate to help kiddos reach their greatest potential. She loves assisting in all aspects of our client’s care both behind the scenes and directly with the therapists.

Allison Barrett
Physical Therapy Director
Allison graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Arlington and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UT Southwestern Medical Center. She has experience and training working with children with cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, spina bifida, torticollis, muscular dystrophy, and developmental delays as well as many other neurodevelopmental diagnoses and genetic conditions. Allison also has specialized training in Total Motion Release (TMR tots and teens), Dynamic Movement Intervention level C (DMI), Functional Electrical Stimulation, and Theratogs. She is dedicated to helping children thrive by building strength, confidence, and independence through movement and play and supporting their families every step of the way.

Rebecca Moreno
Physical Therapist
Graduated from Midwestern State University and received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth. Rebecca has experience treating a variety of pediatric diagnoses including developmental delay, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, toe walking and other neurological diagnoses.

Kaitlyn Evers
Physical Therapist
Graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from San Angelo State University. Kaitlyn has experience treating patients with a variety of diagnoses including: developmental delay, torticollis, genetic disorders, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, toe walking, developmental coordination disorder, and other generalized delays. Kaitlyn is one of our Aquatic Program Leads and trained by Aquatic Therapy and Rehab Institute (ATRI).

Addi Ramsay
Physical Therapist
Graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas and received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth. Addi has experience treating a variety of pediatric diagnoses including developmental delay, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, and torticollis, as well as many other neurodevelopmental diagnoses and genetic conditions.

Tagan Fambrough
Physical Therapist
Graduated with a bachelor's degree from McMurry University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth. With experience treating a wide range of pediatric conditions—including developmental delays, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, spina bifida, toe walking, torticollis, and other neurodevelopmental diagnoses—I am dedicated and passionate about helping each child BEE their best as they work toward reaching their full potential.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS

Katelyn Willingham
Occupational Therapy Director
Graduated with her Masters of Occupational therapy from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Tx. Before coming to Beelieve, Katelyn worked in Lubbock doing pediatric home health and then in an outpatient pediatric clinic. She has gained wonderful experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses including children diagnosed with autism, developmental delays, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, sensory processing, oral/feeding difficulties, and much more! Katelyn loves working in pediatrics and having the privilege to help children become more independent and confident in their everyday lives!

Amanda Labastida
Occupational Therapist
Graduated with her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA. Before coming to Beelieve, Amanda worked in an outpatient pediatric clinic obtaining her certification at the STAR Institute for Sensory Processing
Advanced Intensive Mentorship, Level 1. She gained experience working with autism, muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, and oral/feeding difficulties! She completed her doctoral capstone project (Early Effective Mobility for Pediatric Rehabilitation Settings) focused on facilitating age-appropriate play and participation for children with significant physical limitations. Amanda loves collaborating and supporting families to build towards overall independence in everyday occupations.

Beth Ann Dougherty
Occupational Therapist
Graduated with her doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Prior to graduate school, she earned her bachelor degree in Agricultural Leadership from Texas Tech, and enjoyed combining both fields by expanding her experience in areas such as equine-assisted therapy. She has experience in a variety of ages and diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, torticollis, chromosomal microdeletions, and Down Syndrome, as well as many other developmental and genetic conditions. Her favorite part of therapy is building connections with her clients and families, and making therapy creative and exciting!

Kaley Hill
Occupational Therapist
Kaley graduated with her Masters in Occupational Therapy from Abilene Christian University. During her time there, she gained valuable experience through opportunities such as a summer camp and a therapeutic riding program both designed for children with special needs. While in school, Kaley also completed her first fieldwork rotation with us here at Beelieve! Kaley has worked with children with a wide range of diagnoses including Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, genetic conditions, developmental delays, Angelman syndrome, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, psychological disorders, and more. She is passionate about creating meaningful connections with children and their families to help each child BEE the best they can BEE!

Annabeth Hartley
Occupational Therapist
Annabeth graduated from Abilene Christian University with her Masters in Occupational Therapy. She has gained experience with Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and cerebral palsy. Annabeth is trained in SOS for feeding therapy and DIR Floortime trained. She loves collaborating with other therapists, families, and helping kids do hard things while making them more independent!

Skylar Russell
Occupational Therapist
Graduated with her Masters in Occupational Therapy from University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Through her clinical experience, Skylar has experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses including cerebral palsy, down syndrome, sensory processing disorders, developmental delays, autism, ADHD and more.

Caitlin Perryman
Speech Therapy Director
Caitlin completed her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center. She has a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is currently serving as the Texas Speech-Language Hearing Association State Advocate for Reimbursement.She specialized in Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Intellectual Disability, Apraxia, hearing impairment, language disorders, articulation/phonological processing disorders, fluency disorders, feeding disorders, Rett syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Williams syndrome, Prader-Willie syndrome, Traumatic brain injury and more. She also established and implemented a variety of Augmentative and Alternative communication systems for nonverbal children.

Claire Sartain
Lead Speech Therapist
Graduated with her master’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado. Claire has experience with a variety of disabilities and disorders including fluency, articulation/phonology, receptive/expressive language, auditory processing, hearing impairment, use of augmentative/alternative communication devices, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Down Syndrome. She loves working with kids and helping them reach their full potential!

Hanna Carter
Speech Therapist
Graduated from the University of Arkansas with her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She has experience with a variety of diagnoses and disorders including articulation/ phonological disorders, expressive/receptive language disorders, autism spectrum disorder, down syndrome, pediatric feeding disorders, use of AAC devices, gestalt language processing, hearing loss, apraxia of speech, and more! Hanna loves building connections with kids and helping kids communicate to be the best that they can be!

Rebecca Early
Speech Therapist
Earned a BS in Communication Sciences and Disorders from TCU and MS in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Tulsa. Since beginning her career, she has worked in school-based, pediatric home health and early intervention settings. Her passion is working in the pediatric setting and watching children grow and flourish! She has experience working with pediatric feeding disorders, articulation/phonology, expressive/receptive language, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, hearing impairment, and more!

Annie Williamson
Speech Therapist
Annie received a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Texas Christian University. Annie has worked in the public schools, home health, and private clinics. She has experience assessing and treating children from infancy to teen years with a variety of diagnoses, including autism, Down syndrome, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, hearing loss, and childhood apraxia of speech. She has a thorough knowledge of receptive and expressive language disorders, speech sound disorders, fluency disorders, social/pragmatic differences, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Annie is also a Natural Language Acquisition Practitioner versed in gestalt language processing. Annie prioritizes connecting with her clients and creates individualized care plans to help each child communicate to the best of their ability.

Maddie Goble
Speech Therapist
Graduated with her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Texas. She has experience working with a range of diagnoses and disorders including expressive/receptive language disorders, articulation disorders, autism spectrum disorder, fluency, AAC, and feeding disorders. She is excited to collaborate with and empower children and their families, helping them to reach their goals!

Stephanie Wilson
Receptionist
Stephanie creates a welcoming and friendly first impression for every family who walks through the door.
Outside of work, Stephanie is a proud mom of four, one son and three daughters and cherishes the big, loving family she has built. She especially loves spending time with her granddaughter, Luna. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys attending K-pop concerts with her daughter, traveling with family and friends, and making meaningful memories with her loved ones. She earned her Associate degree in Child Development from Coastal Bend College.

Abbey supports daily operations and create a welcoming environment for families and staff.
She is currently pursuing her degree in speech or occupational therapy and is passionate about working with children and helping them grow.
Outside of work and school, Abbey loves spending time with her little sister and her boyfriend of three years. She’s also a proud cat mom to a whole crew of kitties! In her free time, you can find her playing video games, cooking or baking something new, or getting creative with crafts.

Samantha supports families from the very first step of their journey. As a remote team member, she is dedicated to creating a smooth, welcoming experience for every new patient.
Outside of work, Samantha is married and excitedly expecting her first baby boy! She and her family also have a mini goldendoodle named Wrigley. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks, spending time with family, organizing, and relaxing with her favorite TV shows. Samantha graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Human Development and Family.

Outside of work, Monica is married and a proud mom to two sons on the autism spectrum. She also has two beloved dogs at home. In her free time, she enjoys reading and fishing. Monica earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Melissa ensures a smooth experience when it comes to benefits.
Outside of work, Melissa is a proud mom to Wyatt and Camryn and dog mom to her puppy, Coco. She loves staying active by working out, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her kids—whether that’s cheering them on at soccer, basketball, or cheer. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing, reading, and traveling to her favorite places like the beach and the mountains. Melissa graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in Teaching.

She loves spending her time cheering on her kids at sports and theater events. Kate also enjoys watching TV and movies, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends. At home, she has a cavapoo named Luka who keeps things fun! She graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Business Administration and Linguistics.

Family Care Coordinator
Chelsea supports families with compassion and care throughout their journey. She is passionate about creating meaningful connections and helping families feel seen, supported, and encouraged every step of the way.
Outside of work, Chelsea has been married to her husband since 2001, and together they have four incredible children—Vince, Rocco, Eliana, and Lola. Their home is full of energy, love, and plenty of noise! She also has three dogs—Gigi, Adagio, and Cannoli—who add even more fun to the mix. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family, gathering with friends over a great meal, reading, trying new recipes, and thrifting or antiquing. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University in Wisconsin.
