MEET OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM

Joanna Littler
Owner & Physical Therapist
Joanna is a pediatric physical therapist and the co-founder and owner of Beelieve Pediatric Therapy, which she opened with her husband, Rudy, in 2015. What began with a vision for a different kind of pediatric therapy clinic has grown into a multidisciplinary practice serving children and families throughout Keller, North Fort Worth, Aledo, and the surrounding DFW community.
With more than 20 years of experience as a pediatric physical therapist, Joanna has extensive training in the treatment of children with neurological and developmental conditions, including cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, spina bifida, torticollis, high-risk infants, gait and mobility challenges, and children with complex physical needs. Her advanced training includes neurodevelopmental treatment, aquatic therapy, functional electrical stimulation, gait training and partial weight-bearing systems, pediatric equipment, TheraSuit Therapy, and use of the Universal Exercise Unit.
Today, Joanna's role has expanded beyond direct patient care as she leads Beelieve's team and works to continually improve the experience for patients, families, and staff. She is passionate about building a workplace where therapists feel valued and supported, developing programs that meet the changing needs of families, and finding new ways for Beelieve to serve more children throughout the community.
Outside of Beelieve, Joanna loves spending time with Rudy and their two children, Baylee and Liam. You'll often find her cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks, watching her kids on the field or stage, traveling, spending time outdoors, or finding a great place to eat.
More than a decade after opening Beelieve, Joanna remains passionate about the same mission that started it all: helping children and families BEE the BEST they can BEE!

Marilu Flores
Therapy Director & Occupational Therapist
Marilu is Beelieve Pediatric Therapy’s Therapy Director and an Occupational Therapist who has been part of the Beelieve team since 2016. She earned her degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2015 and has spent her career working with children and families across a wide variety of pediatric needs and settings. Her experience includes autism and ADHD, crisis intervention, intensive therapy, aquatic therapy, and supporting children with a broad range of developmental and functional needs.
Over the years, Marilu’s role at Beelieve has grown alongside the company. As Therapy Director, she works closely with Beelieve’s therapists, directors, and leadership team to help ensure that both the clinical and operational sides of the practice work together to provide an exceptional experience for children and families. She is passionate about connecting the goals and needs of families with the knowledge and strengths of our therapists to create an environment where every child has the best opportunity to succeed.
A large part of Marilu’s role is supporting the people who care for Beelieve’s patients. She provides clinical and professional guidance and training to therapists and employees, helps orient and welcome new team members, participates in hiring, and supports Beelieve’s directors as they lead and develop their teams. She also oversees many behind-the-scenes aspects of clinic operations, including credentialing, provider licensure management, and using data to help guide thoughtful decisions for Beelieve and the families we serve.
Although much of her work now happens behind the scenes, Marilu still loves opportunities to step back into her OT role—whether filling in with Beelieve’s Intensive Therapy Program, helping with aquatic therapy, supporting a therapist with a challenging situation, or working directly with a family to determine how Beelieve can best meet their child’s needs. And as Beelieve’s unofficial Spanish translator, she is always willing to jump in when a Spanish-speaking family or team member needs a little extra help connecting.
What Marilu loves most about her role is having the opportunity to support Beelieve as it continues to grow and evolve while never losing sight of why that growth matters: the children, families, and therapists at the heart of it. She loves building connections, helping others grow, solving problems, and finding ways to make Beelieve better for both the families who trust us with their children and the team members who care for them every day.
Outside of Beelieve, Marilu is a busy boy mom of three who would choose a day outside with her family just about any day of the week. She loves running, lifting weights, practicing jiu-jitsu, and—of course—coffee! Most importantly, she relies on God’s strength each day as she balances family, leadership, and all of the many roles she loves.

She has gained wonderful experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses including children diagnosed with autism, developmental delays, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, sensory processing, oral/feeding difficulties, and much more! Katelyn loves working in pediatrics and having the privilege to help children become more independent and confident in their everyday lives!

Caitlin Perryman
Speech Therapy Director
Caitlin is the Speech Therapy Director at Beelieve Therapy, where she has been part of the team since 2018. She began her career at Beelieve as a full-time speech-language pathologist before transitioning into leadership roles and ultimately becoming Director of Speech Therapy. She currently oversees and supports the SLP teams at both the Keller and Aledo locations.
Before joining Beelieve, Caitlin spent five years working in the school setting. While she loves all aspects of speech-language therapy, she has a particular passion for Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). She has completed specialized trainings in AAC applications, positioning, and device mounting and enjoys helping children find the communication system that best allows them to express themselves. What Caitlin loves most about her work is helping children find their voice and share their unique personalities with the world. She believes every child has something important to say and loves being part of the journey that helps them communicate it.
Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and their two dogs. She loves traveling and exploring new places, trying new restaurants, and finding fun new experiences to enjoy with her kids.

Monica Ohlman
Billing Manager
Monica has been part of the Beelieve team for five years and brings more than 20 years of experience in billing and finance to her role as Billing Manager. Before joining Beelieve, she spent 12 years with Deloitte & Touche, where she managed a finance team of 15 employees across the country. She later owned her own medical billing company, working with clinics similar in size to Beelieve. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
For Monica, being part of Beelieve is also deeply personal. As the mom of two young adult sons on the autism spectrum, she spent many years on the parent side of pediatric therapy. She has a deep appreciation for the therapists and professionals who have supported her family and loves that her role now gives her an opportunity to give back to a community that has given so much to her.
At Beelieve, Monica helps families navigate insurance benefits, authorizations, claims, and the financial side of therapy. She understands how overwhelming this part of the process can feel, particularly for families who are just beginning their journey. Whether she is solving an insurance problem, supporting a therapist, or helping a family understand what comes next, Monica believes the greatest impact comes from a strong community of support, with each person playing a meaningful role in a child's journey.
Outside of work, Monica lives in Georgia with her husband and loves reading, fishing, spending time with her family and dogs, and finding new ways for her boys to experience the world and know they have a place in it. Above all, she wants them to have every opportunity to BEE the BEST they can BEE!
Favorite place to eat in DFW: Coco Shrimp. It's a must every time she's in Texas!
Go-to drink order: Vanilla cold brew coffee
Beach or mountains? Beach, hands down! Monica grew up in Southern California going to the beach, so it will always feel a little like home.
