Joanna Littler
Owner & Physical Therapist
Joanna is a pediatric physical therapist and the co-founder and owner of Beelieve Pediatric Therapy, which she opened with her husband, Rudy, in 2015. What began with a vision for a different kind of pediatric therapy clinic has grown into a multidisciplinary practice serving children and families throughout Keller, North Fort Worth, Aledo, and the surrounding DFW community.
With more than 20 years of experience as a pediatric physical therapist, Joanna has extensive training in the treatment of children with neurological and developmental conditions, including cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, spina bifida, torticollis, high-risk infants, gait and mobility challenges, and children with complex physical needs. Her advanced training includes neurodevelopmental treatment, aquatic therapy, functional electrical stimulation, gait training and partial weight-bearing systems, pediatric equipment, TheraSuit Therapy, and use of the Universal Exercise Unit.
Today, Joanna's role has expanded beyond direct patient care as she leads Beelieve's team and works to continually improve the experience for patients, families, and staff. She is passionate about building a workplace where therapists feel valued and supported, developing programs that meet the changing needs of families, and finding new ways for Beelieve to serve more children throughout the community.
Outside of Beelieve, Joanna loves spending time with Rudy and their two children, Baylee and Liam. You'll often find her cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks, watching her kids on the field or stage, traveling, spending time outdoors, or finding a great place to eat.
More than a decade after opening Beelieve, Joanna remains passionate about the same mission that started it all: helping children and families BEE the BEST they can BEE!

Marilu Flores
Therapy Director & Occupational Therapist
Marilu graduated with her Masters in Occupational Therapy from UT Pan American in Edinburg, TX. Since becoming Therapy Director, Marilu has been able to fulfill her passion for assisting families and therapists as we collaborate to help kiddos reach their greatest potential. She loves assisting in all aspects of our client’s care both behind the scenes and directly with the therapists.
Katelyn Willingham
Occuaptional Therapy Director
Katelyn graduated with her Masters of Occupational therapy from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Tx. Before coming to Beelieve, Katelyn worked in Lubbock doing pediatric home health and then in an outpatient pediatric clinic. She has gained wonderful experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses including children diagnosed with autism, developmental delays, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, sensory processing, oral/feeding difficulties, and much more! Katelyn loves working in pediatrics and having the privilege to help children become more independent and confident in their everyday lives!
Caitlin Perryman
Speech Therapy Director
Caitlin completed her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center. She has a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is currently serving as the Texas Speech-Language Hearing Association State Advocate for Reimbursement.She specialized in Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Intellectual Disability, Apraxia, hearing impairment, language disorders, articulation/phonological processing disorders, fluency disorders, feeding disorders, Rett syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Williams syndrome, Prader-Willie syndrome, Traumatic brain injury and more. She also established and implemented a variety of Augmentative and Alternative communication systems for nonverbal children.
Allison Barrett
Physical Therapy Director

Claire Fleenor
Lead Occupational Therapist
Claire graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Tech University and went on to earn her Master's in Occupational Therapy at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Upon graduating, Claire worked at Beelieve as an intensive therapist before moving to Lubbock, TX. She has since moved back to Fort Worth and joined the hive again! Claire has experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses including Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, genetic conditions, developmental delays, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, psychological disorders, and more. Claire enjoys seeing the progress and growth children make in BEEing the best they can BEE! The people she meets and the stories she hears are very special to her.
Claire Sartain
Lead Speech Therapist
Graduated with her master’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado. Claire has experience with a variety of disabilities and disorders including fluency, articulation/phonology, receptive/expressive language, auditory processing, hearing impairment, use of augmentative/alternative communication devices, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Down Syndrome. She loves working with kids and helping them reach their full potential!
Miranda Welborn
Lead Physical Therapist
Miranda started her career as a pediatric physical therapist here at Beelieve in January 2023, right after graduating from UT Southwestern School of Health Professions. For Miranda, being a physical therapist is more than a career. It has been her dream since elementary school, and now it is her passion to help patients make meaningful, functional gains. What Miranda enjoys most about working in pediatrics are the long lasting relationships formed with kids and their families and getting to personally walk alongside them during their journeys towards independence.
Since beginning at Beelieve, Miranda has been involved in many areas of the clinic, including seeing weekly visits, being a part of our aquatic therapy program, beginning the Non-Invasive Spinal Stimulation (NISE-STIM) program, managing our intensive social media account, treating in our intensive therapy program, and leading our physical therapy team. Miranda has experience working with a vast range of pediatric diagnoses and injuries. She is most passionate about working with medically complex children and those with multifaceted physical needs. She enjoys working with intensive patient populations because it offers the opportunity for highly concentrated, individualized care to promote neuroplasticity and faster progress. Miranda is DMI Introductory Level C certified, NISE-STIM Level 2 certified, and she has extensive experience with other modalities and treatment techniques such as theratogs, the universal exercise unit, and gait training. When she isn’t treating patients, she supports our physical therapy team and clinic, helping ensure we continue to provide exceptional care while empowering everyone around her to BEE the BEST they can BEE!
Outside of the clinic, Miranda enjoys fitness, spending time with her dog Belinda, visiting family or friends, traveling, watching Arkansas Razorback sports (WOO PIG SOOIE), and trying whatever new physical activity is trending.

Megan Houk
Office Manager
Megan keeps everything running smoothly for both families and staff. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and organized environment where everyone feels supported.
Outside of work, Megan is married and a proud dog mom to her dachshund, Jimmy! She enjoys spending her free time reading and swimming whenever she can.

Monica Ohlman
Billing Manager
Monica supports families and the team behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and efficient billing process.
Outside of work, Monica is married and a proud mom to two sons on the autism spectrum. She also has two beloved dogs at home. In her free time, she enjoys reading and fishing. Monica earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
